What types of products do you offer?
At Mend, we specialize in a curated selection of innovative self-care products, including accessories, Korean skincare products and an assortment of self care related items. Our offerings include popular brands like the Medicube, Anua and COSRX.
How do I choose the right skincare products for my skin type?
Choosing the right products can be overwhelming, but we're here to help! Consider your skin type—whether it's oily, dry, combination, or sensitive—and look for products and ingredients specifically formulated for those needs. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for personalized recommendations!
Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Yes! We pride ourselves on offering products suitable for various skin types. Although some products are aimed specifically for certain skin types, we encourage customers to read descriptions of products and who they are aimed for.
Where are you located?/Do you have a physical store?
We are able to service clients in The Bahamas, with Nassau as our main service area. Mend is a new brand and we currently do not have a physical storefront. Our e-commerce store is the only way to shop currently.
Do you offer any guarantees on your products?
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We know that everyone will have different experiences. We encourage clients to speak with a dermatologist/esthetician before adding new products to their routine. If you have any concerns or issues, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.
What should I do if I experience a reaction to a product?
Your skin's health is our top priority! If you experience any irritation or reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult with a dermatologist or esthetician if necessary. We recommend performing a patch test before trying new products to minimize the risk of reactions.

How will I get my products?
We offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure your products arrive promptly. Once you place an order online, our customer service team will contact you to arrange the best time for delivery or pickup. We ask that you order before 3pm for same-day delivery.

Do you make products yourself?
No, we don't manufacture these products ourselves. We specialize in retail, carefully selecting and sourcing the highest quality products for our clients. Our focus is on ensuring you have access to the very best options available in the market, while making your shopping experience as convenient as possible!
Will you be getting more products?
Yes! Mend is a new brand and we wanted to curate a special collection of products to begin our store. However, we do plan on expanding our inventory extensively.
